A bright greenish-yellow colour shows a complex and young wine. In the nose before swirling the wineglass there are strong tropical aromas like grapefruit, passion fruit and lychee. On swirling the wineglass the aromas are much more intense and citrus, pineapple and banana come out. Fresh and pleasant in the mouth, creamy with an unusually long finish with hints of minerality and bread crumbs.

| Winemaking: | Harvesting is carried out at night in order to preserve the qualities of the grapes which are then cooled by means of a complex system called “Boreal” through which greater aromatic liberation is achieved. Then the grapes are pressed and the purest must is chosen by conductivity sensors and separated. Later the Verdejo will ferment at 14o C and ages over its lees in vats for 3 months. |
